Former President Bhandari Optimistic: Singha Durbar to Be Rebuilt Soon

Kathmandu- Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari has expressed confidence that the structures in Singha Durbar, damaged during the September 9 Gen-Z protests, will be rebuilt promptly.

During her inspection of the affected offices, including those of the former Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, Bhandari expressed regret over the destruction and emphasized the government’s responsibility to restore the complex quickly. She also hoped that such incidents would be avoided in the future.

Bhandari was welcomed by Minister for Communication and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel, who facilitated her visit, after which she held a meeting with Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
