Kathmandu: Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put 45,000 units of promoter (founder) shares up for sale.
According to the company, the promoter shares being offered belong to the founding shareholders, and only existing promoter shareholders of the institution are currently eligible to purchase these shares.
The minimum selling price has been fixed at Rs 324 per share. Interested promoter shareholders are required to submit an application specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase and the proposed price, along with the necessary documents.
Applications must be submitted within 35 days at the company’s central office located in Banepa–13.
The microfinance institution has stated that if no applications are received from existing founder shareholders within the stipulated timeframe, the company will proceed with the process to sell the shares to the general public, in accordance with prevailing regulations.
Asha Laghubitta operates under Nepal Rastra Bank regulation and provides microfinance services across various regions of the country.
