Gold and Silver Prices Rise Again in Nepali Market

Gold up by Rs 3,700 per tola, silver increases by Rs 135 after previous day’s decline

Kathmandu — The prices of gold and silver increased again in the Nepali market on Tuesday, rebounding after a sharp decline in the previous trading session.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of gold rose by Rs 3,700 per tola on Tuesday. With the increase, the price of gold has reached Rs 290,300 per tola. On the previous day, gold was traded at Rs 286,600 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver also recorded an increase. Silver went up by Rs 135 per tola and is being traded at Rs 5,335 per tola today. On Monday, the price of silver stood at Rs 5,200 per tola.

Traders say the fluctuation in local prices is influenced by movements in the international bullion market as well as domestic demand trends.
