Kathmandu– Five newly appointed non-resident ambassadors to Nepal submitted their letters of credence to President Ramchandra Paudel on Thursday in formal ceremonies held at Sheetal Niwas.
According to the Office of the President, the newly accredited envoys include Sardor Mirzayusupovich Rustambaev of Uzbekistan, Sena Latif of Romania, Lukmon Bobokalonzoda of Tajikistan, Benedikt Hoeskuldsson of Iceland and Juan Carlos Marsan Aguilera of Cuba.
With the submission of their credentials, the ambassadors formally begin their diplomatic engagements with Nepal. High-ranking officials from the Government of Nepal were present during the ceremonies.
