Kathmandu — Nepal Life Insurance Company has announced the sale of 200,000 units of its promoter (founder group) shares.
Issuing a notice on Tuesday, the company said the sale process will begin from Wednesday. Eligible individuals or institutions interested in purchasing the shares have been invited to submit bids.
The minimum price has been fixed at Rs 400 per share. Interested investors must bid for the entire 200,000 shares, meaning applications will be accepted only from those willing to purchase all shares at or above the minimum price.
Bids must be submitted by December 23. Applications can be filed through Muktinath Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
