Kathmandu: Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited has announced a vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and invited applications from qualified and experienced candidates.
Issuing a public notice, the bank stated that applicants must hold a master’s degree in management, banking, finance, monetary economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or law.

According to the bank, candidates applying for the CEO position must be between 40 and 65 years of age. In addition, applicants are required to have a minimum of 10 years’ work experience at officer level or above in the banking and financial sector, government agencies, corporate institutions, universities, or international organizations involved in similar work.
The bank clarified that the CEO selection process will be conducted through an interview and a presentation of a business proposal. Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on professional competence, leadership capacity, and strategic vision for the bank.
Interested and eligible individuals are required to submit their applications within 15 days from the date of the notice. Applications must be sent via the bank’s official email address, as specified in the vacancy announcement.
Sindhu Bikas Bank stated that the recruitment process will be carried out in accordance with prevailing laws and regulatory provisions of Nepal Rastra Bank.
