Kathmandu- The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has finalized the remaining candidates for the upcoming House of Representatives elections, completing its ticket distribution across multiple constituencies nationwide.
A meeting held late Monday night decided to field Dr. Bikram Timilsina from Nuwakot-1 and Dr. Achyutham Lamichhane from Nuwakot-2. Kamal Subedi has been nominated as the party’s candidate from Dang Constituency No. 3.
According to party sources, Dharma KC has been selected as the candidate from Lamjung, while Nisha Dangi will contest from Jhapa-1. Former Deputy Speaker Indira Rana Magar has been fielded from Jhapa-2. Similarly, Prakash Pathak will contest from Jhapa-3, Shambhu Sushkera Dhakal from Jhapa-4, and Balendra Shah (Balen) from Jhapa-5. Rajan Gautam has secured the ticket in Nawalpur-1.
In the Karnali and Far-Western regions, Binita Kathayat has been nominated from Jumla, while Gyanendra Mahata will contest from Kanchanpur-3. In the hill districts, Engineer Jagdish Kharel has been fielded from Dolakha, Advocate Yagya Mani Neupane from Morang-1, and Ganesh Karki from Morang-3.
The party has also nominated Bishwaraj Pokharel from Okhaldhunga, Dhananjay Regmi from Syangja-1, Hemraj Thapa from Bajura, Gen-Z youth leader Som Sharma from Baglung-2, and Dr. Krishnahari Budhathoki from Ramechhap.
Additionally, Shriram Neupane has been finalized as the RSP candidate from Tanahun-2, while Bodh Narayan Shrestha will contest from Dhading-2.
With this decision, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has completed its candidate selection process for the House of Representatives, signaling full electoral preparedness ahead of the upcoming polls.
