Elimination Battle in NPL: Kathmandu and Lumbini Set for High-Stakes Encounter

Kathmandu – Kathmandu Gorkhas and Lumbini Lions will compete in the elimination match of the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) today. The match is scheduled for 4:00 PM at the International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

Kathmandu Gorkhas finished third in the points table, with Lumbini Lions securing the fourth position. In their previous league-stage encounter, Kathmandu had defeated Lumbini by 22 runs.

The winner of today’s elimination match will move forward to face Biratnagar Kings in the second qualifier tomorrow.
