Kathmandu—Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited has announced the sale of approximately 348,853 units of promoter (founder) shares currently held by nine of its promoter shareholders.
According to the bank, the promoter shares have been put up for sale exclusively for existing founding shareholders at this stage. Interested promoter shareholders are required to submit an application specifying the number of shares they intend to purchase within the next 35 days.
The bank has informed that applications must be submitted to its share registrar’s office located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within the stipulated period.
Nepal Investment Mega Bank has further clarified that if no applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the given timeframe, the bank will proceed with the process of selling the shares to other eligible individuals or institutions in accordance with prevailing laws and regulatory provisions.
